To register for a tournament, fill out the Google Form carefully with the following details:

• Your Real Name
• In-Game Nickname (IGN)
• Game UID
• UPI ID
• Payment Screenshot (SS)

After filling your details, make the entry fee payment to the official Apex Giants Partner Pawan UPI ID( apexgiants@ptyes ) mentioned in the form.
Once payment is completed, upload the payment screenshot in the form and submit it.

⚠️ Incorrect details or fake payment screenshots may lead to disqualification.

Case 1: You informed us before the Tournament

If you inform the management team before the match starts or at least 10-20 minutes before the scheduled match time, your entry fee will be refunded.

⚠️ If the Room ID & Password have already been shared, your refund request may or may not be accepted depending on the situation and tournament management decision.

Case 2: You did not inform us before the Match

If you fail to inform us before the match starts, your entry fee will not be refundable.

Prize money will be transferred directly to the UPI ID submitted during registration.

⚠️ Please make sure your UPI ID is correct. Apex Giants will not be responsible for incorrect payment details submitted by players.

After every successful payment, you will receive a payment receipt on your registered E-mail ID, which you can save as proof of your transaction.

Players are advised to make payments only through the official payment details provided by Apex Giants eSports. Fake or incomplete payments will not be considered valid.

Players are allowed to participate in multiple tournaments as long as they complete separate registrations for each event. 

Apex Giants follows a strict fair-play policy.

Any player found:
• Hacking
• Using scripts/mods
• Teaming unfairly
• Exploiting glitches

will be permanently banned from all Apex Giants tournaments and events.

⚠️ If any hacker or unfair activity is detected during the match, the tournament may be terminated immediately because we do not tolerate the loss of fair and genuine players due to cheating or unfair gameplay.

In such cases, 80% of the entry fee/payment will be refunded to players, while 20% will be retained for match arrangement, management efforts, and operational costs.

No. Once the tournament starts, entry fees become non-refundable except in special cases decided by the management team.

Yes, streaming is allowed unless a specific tournament rule restricts it.

However, stream sniping or unfair advantages are strictly prohibited.
