🎮 Rules For Players

1️⃣ Fair Play Policy

Every participant must compete honestly and respectfully. The following actions are strictly prohibited:

• Hacking
• Scripts / Mods
• Exploiting glitches or bugs
• Unfair teaming
• Emulator bypass or unauthorized tools
• Any third-party software that provides unfair advantage

If any player is found violating fair-play policies, the match may be terminated immediately to protect real players and maintain tournament integrity.

2️⃣ Account Responsibility

Players are fully responsible for their own game accounts and registered information.

• Use your original account only
• Account sharing is not allowed
• Fake identities or impersonation may lead to permanent bans

3️⃣ Tournament Discipline

Players must maintain proper behavior during tournaments.

• Respect admins, staff, opponents, and teammates
• Toxicity, harassment, hate speech, or abusive language is prohibited
• Intentional griefing or sabotaging matches is not allowed

4️⃣ Match Reporting & Proof

In case of disputes:

• Players must provide valid screenshots or recordings
• Edited or fake proofs will lead to strict action
• Reports should be submitted within the official reporting time

5️⃣ Slot & Participation Rules

• Team slot transfers without permission are prohibited
• Last-minute no-shows may affect future participation
• Teams must join the lobby before the reporting deadline

Late arrivals after the lobby closes may result in disqualification.

6️⃣ Refund & Cancellation Policy

Case 1: You Informed Us Before the Tournament

If you inform the management team before the tournament starts, your entry fee will be refunded.

Case 2: You Did Not Inform Us Before the Match

If you fail to inform us before the match starts, your entry fee will not be refundable.

If a match gets cancelled due to hacking investigations, technical manipulation, or severe rule violations:

• Up to 80% of the entry amount may be refundable
• Remaining amount covers match arrangement, management, and operational efforts

7️⃣ Decision Authority

The management team of Apex Giants reserves the final right to take decisions regarding tournaments, penalties, disputes, and rule enforcement.

⚠️ Final Note

By participating in tournaments organized by Apex Giants, you automatically agree to follow all rules and future updates announced by the management team.

👥 Partner Rules & Guidelines

Apex Giants eSports Partner Program

To maintain fairness, transparency, and professionalism within the Apex Giants eSports Partner Program, all partners must follow the rules listed below.

🔁 1. Referred Players Policy

Repeated referred players are also eligible under the partner program. However, fake referrals, duplicate accounts, or any unfair referral methods will result in immediate disqualification from the program.

📧 2. Daily Match Confirmation

All partners must send the player details daily before the tournament/match starts through our official e-mail:

Failure to submit the required details before the match timing may result in the partner becoming ineligible for partner compensation for that specific match or event.

🎮 3. Active Player Requirement

Players referred by partners must remain active during matches and tournaments. Inactive, intentionally absent, or fake participants may not be counted under partner benefits and rewards.

🛡️ 4. Fair Play & Professional Conduct

Partners are expected to maintain respectful and professional behavior with players, staff members, and the community. Any misleading information, abuse, toxicity, or unfair activity may lead to suspension or permanent removal from the partner program.

💰 5. Compensation Updates

Apex Giants eSports reserves the right to update, modify, increase, decrease, or restructure partner compensations, rewards, and eligibility criteria in the future without prior notice.

⚠️ 6. Rule Violations

If any partner is found violating the rules, attempting fraud, manipulating referrals, or damaging the tournament ecosystem, Apex Giants eSports may terminate their partnership immediately.

👑 7. Final Authority

All final decisions regarding partner eligibility, rewards, disputes, and penalties will be made by the Apex Giants eSports Management Team.

💳 8. Refund Impact on Partner Compensation

If any referred player requests a refund and the refund is approved by the Apex Giants eSports Management Team, the respective partner’s compensation/reward will be reduced accordingly based on the refunded amount or affected entry.
