By registering for any tournament, purchasing any membership, or using paid services provided by Apex Giants eSports, you agree to the terms mentioned below.
1. Tournament Registration Payments
Tournament registration fees paid by players are considered confirmation of participation.
Once a player's registration is successfully completed and the slot is confirmed:
The registration fee is generally non-refundable.
Players cannot request cancellation or refund due to personal reasons, unavailability, change of mind, internet issues, device problems, or failure to participate.
This policy exists because tournament arrangements, server management, scheduling, prize pools, and operational costs are planned based on confirmed registrations.
2. Eligible Refund Cases
A refund may be provided in the following situations:
a) Tournament Cancellation by Apex Giants eSports
If Apex Giants eSports cancels a tournament before its scheduled start due to internal reasons, eligible participants may receive:
Full refund of the tournament entry fee, or
Credit balance adjustment (if applicable)
The refund method will be decided by Apex Giants eSports based on the situation.
b) Payment Failure or Duplicate Payment
Players may request a refund if:
Money has been deducted but registration was not completed.
Duplicate payments were accidentally made for the same transaction.
Players must provide valid transaction details and payment proof for verification.
c) Technical Issues Caused by Apex Giants eSports
If a tournament cannot proceed due to technical problems directly caused by Apex Giants eSports systems, a refund or alternative compensation may be considered after verification.
3. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be provided for:
Player voluntarily leaving a tournament.
Player failing to join the match on time.
Disqualification due to violation of tournament rules.
Use of unauthorized software, cheating tools, or unfair practices.
Internet connectivity problems from the player's side.
Device performance issues.
Incorrect information submitted during registration.
Failure to claim rewards within the provided time period.
4. Tournament Rescheduling
Apex Giants eSports reserves the right to reschedule tournaments due to:
Technical difficulties.
Game server issues.
Platform-related problems.
Emergency situations.
In such cases, registrations may remain valid for the rescheduled tournament unless otherwise announced.
5. Prize Distribution Policy
Tournament winnings will be distributed after verification of:
Match results.
Player eligibility.
Rule compliance.
Required payment details.
Prize payments will generally be processed through approved payment methods such as UPI or bank transfer.
Players must provide accurate payment information. Apex Giants eSports shall not be responsible for delays caused by incorrect details submitted by players.
6. Membership & Subscription Refunds
For future membership plans, subscriptions, or premium services:
Payments once successfully processed are generally non-refundable.
Cancellation will stop future renewals where applicable.
Benefits already received cannot be reversed.
Any special refund cases will be reviewed individually.
7. Wallet & Digital Credits (Future Feature)
If Apex Giants introduces a wallet or digital credit system:
Wallet balances cannot be exchanged for cash unless specifically permitted.
Incorrect transactions may be reviewed after verification.
Fraudulent activity may result in account restrictions.
8. Refund Request Process
To request a refund, users must contact Apex Giants eSports support with:
Registered username/email/mobile number.
Tournament name and registration details.
Transaction ID/payment proof.
Reason for refund request.
Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the transaction date unless otherwise specified.
Each request will be reviewed individually.
9. Refund Processing Time
Approved refunds will be processed within:
2-5 business days
depending on the payment method and banking partner processing times.
10. Fraud Prevention & Abuse
Apex Giants eSports reserves the right to reject refund requests involving:
Fraudulent transactions.
Manipulated payment claims.
Abuse of refund policies.
Suspicious account activity.
Accounts involved in fraudulent activities may be suspended or permanently restricted.
11. Policy Updates
Apex Giants eSports reserves the right to modify this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time.
